Customer environments

Izimut offers a Hosted approach and deployment within a customer’s own cloud account. The applicable service agreement defines the deployment, processing responsibilities and scope of maintenance.

Customer content

Customers retain their rights to the content they provide. Processing that content does not transfer those rights to Izimut.

AI services

AI functionality may send task-specific context to a model provider. Provider selection, permitted data and settings are determined by the applicable service arrangements. Retention and training conditions depend on the provider’s terms and configuration.

Processing agreements

Where Izimut processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, an applicable data processing agreement will define instructions, security measures, subprocessors, assistance obligations and arrangements for returning or deleting data. This page summarises the approach and does not replace that agreement.
